Meet Natalie Guyan – Founder of Hustle ’n’ Health
Natalie Guyan is a Master Personal Trainer, MNU-Certified Nutritionist, Women’s Health Strategist, and the bold force behind Hustle ’n’ Health, a global coaching company helping high-performing women optimise their health, energy, and confidence without burnout or restriction.
Having built a multi-6-figure career and 7-figure business, while raising a family and battling her own weight and hormone challenges, Natalie knows firsthand the pressures that ambitious women face. Her own transformation; from exhausted, inflamed, and disconnected to strong, energised, and thriving; became the foundation of the method she now teaches: combining evidence-based nutrition, strength training, and high-performance lifestyle strategies.
With a rebellious heart and a results-driven mind, Natalie cuts through the fluff of fad diets and fitness noise. She helps women understand their bodies, master their energy, and build sustainable routines that support both their goals and their lives. Whether coaching CEOs, creatives, or change-makers, her mission is clear: to help women feel at home in their bodies and powerful in their purpose.

Meet Catherine Lynch.
Coach. Ex-athlete. Your hype girl when life feels heavy.
Cat’s the kind of coach who gets it — the career goals, the late-night stress eating, the feeling like your body’s changing and no one gave you the manual. With a Master’s in Sport Management and years of experience in hormone health, she’s helped hundreds of women reset their bodies and strengthen their mindset.
She’s especially passionate about supporting women through perimenopause, burnout, and body changes in midlife — because she knows it’s not just about training harder or eating cleaner. It’s about understanding your body, hormones, and habits so you can feel like you again.
Cat’s also an expert in sustainable weight loss, combining strength training, performance psychology, and simple (actually enjoyable) nutrition strategies that work with your lifestyle.
As a certified Personal Trainer, NLP Practitioner, and Nutrition Coach, she brings both science and soul into every session — no judgment, just full-on care and encouragement.
Outside of coaching, you’ll often find her recharging in nature or on the tennis court — where she first learned the discipline that now shapes her work with clients.
